I recently had my first Pilates session, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The instructor Liv was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain each movement.nThe studio itself was clean and well-equipped, creating a perfect environment for a great workout. I highly recommend trying Pilates, especially at this studio. The studio and equipment is clean and tidy. The instructors are friendly and approachable. They actually walk around the class to ensure everyone's technique is correct. They encourage you to keep pushing but in a positive tone. I always walk out feeling sore but stronger. Absolutely love KX.
My first time trying a KX reformer Pilates studio and I’m loving it! Really loving the Bexley North studio, everything is brand new, the instructors are so lovely and the class members are friendly too!
Brand new and clean studio with good class size and helpful instructors. Enjoyed a few classes with Zuzi and Candice who were very attentive in correcting form and accommodating for any injuries or mobility issues.
