Best value for selling and buying foreign currencies. They have the highest exchange rate in Syd esp for Japanese Yen. Service is quick and the staff are very accommodating. Phone to make appointment beforehand.
The reception lady was so rude, From Korean We were arrived at 4:30pm on Monday, take 2 hours to there from Central coast , she said last appointment was 4:30pm and have to make appointments in advance. No card accepted. waste our time and very mean

Always provide competitive rates. Allow time to come in and exchange money. If concerned there is a lack of stock of currency, give them a quick call before you decide to head in and they can also provide the exchange rate over the phone.
Had great experience at Citigroup with no bookings, no minimum and multiple currency. Dropped in to new office to check new set up - no use to me this time. They only do US dollars and Japanese yen - minimum $2000AUD and need appointment. Still very polite helpful staff.
The best rate to exchange money in the city. I was serviced as soon as i came despite people saying that it takes hours to change money. The staff is very polite and patient.
