This place is a disservice to the society it is established in,appointments are extremely difficult to make because you can never get past voicemail,messages left are Never answered. Appointments that have been taken 3 months in advance are cancelled to suit their convenience, whatever else their business be,it should not be health,that takes character and in my 2 years of interaction I have seen evidence of none whatsoever. Take your online presence down so that you do not continue to mislead people in dire need.
What a waste of time. Such an unprofessional place. A wellness centre?? It's an old rundown house, from the moment you set eyes on it, you think you have to be kidding me!!!! Also no parking !! Received a phone call the day prior stating they havnt received my referral. She told me she would ring my doctors and once she received the referral she would send through a confirmation sms. 20 minutes later received my confirmation. Day of the appointment, got there after driving through back streets to find a park she told me, we don't have your referral??? Ummm well you called me yesterday and also sent me confirmation stating you did. She rang my doctor and I waited over 1 hour. Finally got up and left. I cannot believe places like this are actually running. I am so glad I also booked in with another place next week. Waited 3 months for nothing and would never recommend this place. Unbelievable!!!
Absolutely appalling. My mother had an appointment to see the Psychiatrist today to get more of her medication as she only gets given x amount at a time. My mother has run out of the medication a medication that can’t be missed and was supposed to be getting a New script. the receiption informs my mother 4 hours after her appointment was originally boooked that they would need her to reschedule for Friday even though her appointment was set as her medication is out. UM WTAF HOW UNPROFFESIONAL AND DANGEROUS my mother now has to go without her medication till Friday wich may now cause adverse effects absolutely appalling service disgusting. DO NOT COME TO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH.
Dr Akrim at the Kuraby Wellness Centre is amazing. He's helped me through a lot over the years. I've always felt comfortable while at the centre and am happy to be there during my visits. The only thing that can be frustrating at times, is the sometimes long wait between appointments. Other than that, its great :
The Kuraby Wellness Centre and Heal The Mind. They're always patience and caring with their patients they don't put pressure on you their psychiatrist and psychologist's are very understanding and listen they also do a good job and work hard in my understanding they do a professional job.
Really lovely clinic. Everyone is welcoming and friendly.
Very understanding and sat there to understand my problems I was experiencing.
