Kuncha's Hair And Beauty Art operates three salons, first opened in Ashfield, NSW in July, 2009 and Second opened in Rockdale, NSW in October, 2012.

Kuncha's Hair And Beauty Art prides itself in providing professional and friendly service by fully qualified therapists and Hair Dresser. Best Salon in Sydney…. Always been pleasure to visit this place… Great service with friendly environment plus professional at the point…. Last time I did my hair with Niru she is so good and today I got my hair done by Sister and Anita… Absolutely love the outcome… you guys are amazing…. this place is so bad and i hate it so much. i went with high expectations to have my hair cut with a simple trim but ended up with layers!! my hair type doesn’t suit layers and is hard to maintain. I SAID NO LAYERS but this lady gave it to me! THIS IS F UP AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!!  i hope the lady that did my hair understands what she has done and not do it to any body else. I definitely won’t be going back to this salon due to my horrible experience!

I have had very good experience every time I visit Kuncha's hair and beauty. I had my Brazilian Keratin Treatment done at Kuncha's recently, it turned out extremely good. Staff members are very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

I just did my hair today no complain with the hair even they always charge me extra for my thick hair but it is also tolerable but today at the end of the treatment I accidentally step on their straightening iron which was on the floor and it wasn’t even my mistake but they want to charged me for that which I wasn’t happy and told them to get my shampoo and mask return so instead they gave me the 300ml of shampoo and mask. Very very very disappointed   Even though it wasn’t my fault they made me feel terrible today..  I felt like I will not go there anymore

I have been a customer of Kuncha hair and beauty since this was opened in Rockdale. I am very happy with all the services that I have done here. Friendly staff, quick service, long lasting. I am very happy with the brazilian keratin. This last upto 8 months in my hair no worry to straight the hair after blow dry my hair is straight no more hassel to set the hair. I had such an bad experience at kuncha, it was my first visit and definitely will be my last. Baini Anjila was the only one very helpful and sweet who did my make up and hair. I don't know if the RUDE LADY is the owner but you need to learn how to be polite and how to treat your customers right. Although my sister in law paid for the make up and explained them at the end the lady still charged me. Although I said that my sis paid for it... She made me feel I will run away without her paying. You are not running a shop in small gallis of Kathmandu, you are running a shop in Australia. Who would walk away without paying for your service here? Your clients come at your salon trusting you so you must trust your customers too. My sis also paid for the saree but she said to me we were not told about your saree so she just stick a safety pin and walked away. I asked baini Haru free hununcha bhane could they help me with my saree, she said busy cha baini Haru. I can understand they were busy with other clients but I was also one of their clients and I didn't receive complete service for which we already paid. To the RUDE LADY in the counter I hope you will learn how to be polite and how to treat your customers so that no one will have to feel bad and embarrassed like me being at your salon.
