My husband and i have tried for days to get hold of Neil to get an update on our computer repair. Have emailed, txt, and left voice mail on both landlines and mobile, but have not received a simple courtesy call or txt. We just want our computer returned so we can get it fixed. KC use to give excellent service, that appears to have changed.
