I give an extra star for the singular reason that Krispy Kreme has a special place in my heart. However, this location has really gone downhill in just the last year. I get to the speaker today to finally use my birthday dozen and get some extra stuff for the family. I end up repeating my order completely twice before I'm ignored entirely at the speaker. I pull up and the kid leans out all exasperated and he doesn't even have my full order, that I already PATIENTLY gave TWICE. Imagine my surprise when I get home and the absolute brilliant lad decided that Creamsicle donuts apparently have chocolate. What a batch of specimens you've got over here. Edit: Girlfriend has been calling the store for the last 20 minutes and continues to get the answering "machine."
Although they were completely out of Halloween themed donuts already. The young guy name Joseph working the drive through made the visit worth it. He was funny and personable. I told him he’s working at the wrong place and should be in stand up comedy he mentioned he is going to school to be a veterinarian! Undercover Boss…pay his way through school he deserves it!!!!!
I put an online order in the night before for two dozen donuts, they did not have it ready when the scheduled time was. I waited in line for 30 minutes and they tried to tell me I only ordered one dozen despite showing them the order. It took about 45 minutes to get 24 preordered donuts out of the building.
Staff here is so good. Always hot and fresh glazed donuts at this location. Hardly ever a line and they always interact with my kids they're so nice.
Excited when the hot fresh light is on. Used my Dozen doughnuts birthday reward! Best doughnuts we have had just simply glazed doughnuts. I did have a yummy holiday one but it didn't make it home.
Honey bees in the doughnut case landing on the donuts and crawling all on the doughnuts. Windows are covered with dead and living bees as well. When I asked if they are aware of the bees they said yes and that was that. Another customer asked what they are doing about the bees and they said they “can’t do anything since they are endangered”. Doughnuts are still tasty and staff were very friendly but there are ways to handle the bees in a safe manner. No need to put people’s health at risk. I still love Krispy Kreme but probably not going to go to this location again until the bees are removed safely.
Just OK. Cultural differences between FL and Midwest means the didnt have our fav donuts. Located on a busy street. Wanta go north? Drive south thru parking lot to traffic light.
KK has the best doughnuts in the us no debate, even if different places means different quality or experience, overall tastiness of doughnuts will be the same: excellent.
Went in to try some of the Biscoff donuts and there were bees throughout the dining room and in the display case, holding said donuts. Not wanting my kid to get stung or deal with the possible bee carcass encased in glaze, we left...
I am a delivery driver and frequent this establishment often enough to pick up customer orders inside at a minimum there are honeybees that will crowd around the entry doorway and workers are dismissive of your concerns. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
