WORST EXPERIENCE ,RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Staff  It was my bad day that I come across an Indian lady forgot the name who was so rude and unprofessional.She asked me not to come to that pharmacy. She refused to give me my repeat which was expired on 5th of April, 2021, due to Easter break they were shut down on Friday, and Sunday. I visited them in March on Saturday and they were closed too. Lady started asking me where was I till now and started blaming me instead.Said it's your problem to come and get your medicine. She wasn't ready to listen and started giving me sarcastic clarification.They close at 5pm and I finish my work at 5pm so I am not able to visit them during weekdays ,Sat they get closed 1pm I believe, which I got to know later today.I was trying to tell her that I have visited you.She was arguing rather than sorting this matter out.She should learn professionalism , I feel sorry for the management who have hired her.My medicine was important and I came back without the medicine:

Awesome friendly staff ..I usually go chemist warehouse, but now my preference is Kolmar Pharmacy...helpful with a smile
