Attended the pool for a toddlers birthday party on a Sunday.nnThe children's water playground was really popular and well shaded. A gazebo, chairs, and a table were all provided.nI am unsure of the cost to hold the party at the pool and if this is an includes service.nnThe grounds were really tidy and looked really nice.nnThe areas that bothered me were the lack of customer service skills. Only 1 of 4 employees actually smiled and was helpful.nWe also found that if you wanted to order from the cafe, you had to pay at the reception area. This may not be a normal practice, but it was inconvenient.
What a fantastic pool. Staff were friendly and interactive. Great facilities and pool temp was perfect. Great range of tog wear.
The pool is heated. Friendly staff always . Most people who go there are friendly and up for a chat
Lovely babies/toddler area. Bit of grass there under shade for a picnic blanket too.nBig pool was busy but that was because swim classes were on so other lanes were closed to public. Clean facilities and nice pool.
Have been doing Aqua aerobics there in the colder weather as the pool is heated. The class I attended was 7.15 am. It is a good work out. There are walking lanes and slow swimming lanes available also.
