I have been storing at Koala off and on since 2014. The company and its staff have been extremely accommodating to my  expanding and contracting storage needs over this time. I have felt that my precious boxes have been well secured and protected from the weather. Seven day access has been great. I would particularly like to acknowledge Robyn, the site manager who goes above and beyond what you would expect. She has been fantastic, helpful, personable and always provides a warm welcome.

I was a little apprehensive to leave some precious and very valuable possessions in storage, particularly as I would not be in Perth. However, Koala came up to best expectations on every level. Now after having had those belongings in storage here for almost a year I am totally satisfied with the conditions of the facility. As for the service, the staff were extremely helpful when I had to organise a sudden collection via phone and my agent had a bit of confusion with entry....on a weekend. Many thanks and I will recommend Koala any time I can.

Koala has been my home between homes! I had two moves within six months and having the right sized storage to help me through saved a lot of double handling and angst.  Safe and secure, and clean, with easy access.

The staff are awesome, always friendly and helpful. They are quick to help with checking out and in the free trailer(which is worth the cost of storage alone), offering the kids lollies, and not to mention the free coffee/hot chocolate and internet in the foyer.

I will miss my second home, but glad my moving has all been done and I can settle down to rest on my weekends.

Great selection of storage unit sizes at very competitive prices. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful when I was inquiring and really took the time to show me around the facility. Great security features means I know my property is safe at all times. I have found no better storage solutions for my business in the Perth area.
