I had a really BAD experience with them. I opened up a LTD with them in 2020-2021 and I wanted to close it after approx. 7-8 months and they told everything was fine and company was closed, I paid them around £500 for the closure. Since then I received every 5-6 months a PAYE overdue of £450. And confronted them with every letter for 2 years now and they were confirming that everything was fine but I was still receiving the letters. Over 8-9 letters in 2 years, every time confronted them and got the same 'Everything should be fine' answer. Now April 2023 I finally closed the company without their help! I don't recommend this company at all! Better learn and do it yourselves, HMRC is really useful, not like Koala...
Great service. Made sure I was kept up to date all the way through the process. I will continue to use Koala accounting for my tax returns every year
