Visiting the Knox Veterinary Service has always been a pleasant experience for our fur babies and ourselves. The staff are happy, obliging, helpful and happy. Our fur babies are always happy to enter the surgery and enjoy the interaction with the staff. The attendance, empathy along with the dedicated and experienced work ethics of the staff is certainly to be commended. So glad we found Knox to care for our fur babies.
Tessa & Ainsley were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I knew our little pooch was in wonderful hands and appreciated how well informed I was through the day/procedure. The girls on reception make checking in and out a breeze also. Thanks team!

Just picked up our beloved dog after a wash and light clip for $61. Our poor dogs coat is butchered, she was wet when we picked her up, she still had knots under her arm so she was not brushed and the so called clip was a complete hack job, my wife cried on the way home she looks so bad, never never take you dog to get groomed here. Excellent service, even on call when the practice is closed over the weekend. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else. They treat my Loki like he’s family, not just a dog.
