A big thank you to the wonderful staff at Knox Library. I went to the restroom and left my backpack and notebook unattended, and they kindly kept my belongings safe in the office until I returned. Their friendliness, care, and professionalism turned a stressful moment into a huge relief. I really appreciate. Thank you again!
Knox Library is such a wonderful community space. The library is always clean, welcoming, and well organised, with a fantastic range of books, resources, and activities for all ages.nThe staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, always happy to assist with recommendations or questions. It’s a lovely environment to relax, study, read, or bring children to explore and enjoy the children’s area and programs.nA real asset to the local community — highly recommend visiting!
Good public library, in a shopping mall. Easy parking, has study areas, computers, kids reading area, study areas, conference rooms. Has activities during school holidays. Been taking my daughter her since she could walk and she loves all the books.
Absolutely fantastic social groups for youth and adults. Such a well built and inclusive space. The staff are amazing, and should be very proud of the space they have created.
This library is so poorly run. While the facilities are new and comfortable, the branch manager seems to have lost control over its noise management. It's so noisy, which completely defeats the purpose of a library. Library is for people to come and read and study unterrupted, how do you expect people to focus when it's chaotic like a market place?? Shame on the management!
