This library is so poorly run. While the facilities are new and comfortable, the branch manager seems to have lost control over its noise management. It's so noisy, which completely defeats the purpose of a library. Library is for people to come and read and study unterrupted, how do you expect people to focus when it's chaotic like a market place?? Shame on the management!
Thank you for accommodating our kids for letting them borrow plenty of books to read this school holidays..will definitely visit you again soon as the long holidays are over!!

Nice enough library with plenty of variety on their catalogue and gaming consoles for all ages to use provided a booking has been made but it's certainly not the quietest library I have been too.Young children are the worst. I have often seen them running around the library, screaming, yelling and the occasional laughing very loudly, and crying very loudly when they fall over from doing any of the above - however this is no fault of the library. More quiet study areas would be nice.
libraries are supposed to be quiet, so people can study and read etc in peace. its extremely frustrating having your activities interrupted by disabled people with their carers/other inconsiderate people being loud the whole time you are there. libraries aren’t the place to be loud, go do that elsewhere in the centre please!
