My practitioner was on time and very professional, the staff were welcoming and attentive to my needs on the day. I also asked for a flu vaccination and was taken immediately to have it done. I am very happy with Knox General Practice. The facilities are very clean and well kept with good spacing in the waiting room. Thank you Mark
I've been meaning to change my GP for years now and after lots of searching I ended up booking at this practice. After one visit I'm already so impressed. Clean building, easy to park, friendly receptionist. I was informed immediately that my Doctor was running a little bit late, and the number of patients ahead of me - I don't think I've ever been given this information elsewhere, I've always just been left to awkwardly sit in the waiting room for over an hour. The wait wasn't even that long. I saw Dr Sreeja who was welcoming, introduced herself, took time to ask relevant questions. Made a plan with me and made sure that I left feeling informed about my options rather than pressured into anything.nVery happy with my choice in changing to this clinic!
First visit to this clinic. Very good service, doctor was very helpful and attentive, didn't rush me through the door like many other clinics. Was impressed, will definitely be back..
Always find it to be a very clean abd friendly environment, staff are always polite and helpful. Facilities and doctors are great also. Have had minor surgeries like cysts cut out and had blood taken and neither were a painful experience but I guess that comes down to individual pain thresholds, either way I'd highly recommend this establishment for your medical needs.
I have an excellent doctor who listens to me when I have concerns. I WAS able to get my blood test done ,& not have to wait in a long queue. I also had to have X rays , I got in next door, strait away. No waiting. The main receptionist Aron is polite , friendly, and caring. This Drs is nice, close, and very handy. I'm glad to go to this practice.
