Dr Paul Sabeti was exceptionally knowledgeable, caring and supportive. After we had seen several doctors, he quickly and confidently diagnosed a very rare condition, which was incredibly impressive and reassuring.nnWhat stood out even more was his genuine care. He followed up the next day, was kind throughout the process, and made us feel supported at a very stressful time. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism, expertise and compassion.nnDr Sabeti has our trust forever, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent doctor.
had a very disappointing consultation with Dr Paul.nnI attended seeking help to safely come off a medication, but I felt dismissed and not properly listened to throughout the appointment. I was trying to discuss concerns around long-term benzodiazepine use and tapering options, but I did not feel these were taken seriously or explored in a collaborative way.nnThere was disagreement regarding information about diazepam Valium and clonazepam, including half-life and their use in withdrawal management. I felt my concerns and understanding were not properly engaged with, and the discussion felt dismissive rather than .nnMy partner, who is a nurse, attended with me and also attempted to contribute clinical perspective, but felt spoken over during the consultation.she also believe that valium is better option for me as it was used by me beforennOverall, we both left feeling confused, unheard, and unsupported. Based on my experience,nI would not recommend this consultation. I also said to the dr that Valiums life spam has 30-56 hours life span compared to clonzepam that is 30-40 hrs compared to valium.nhe shut me down and said I'm wrong! clonazepam makes me feel drowsy and nervous as its short acting! andnis extremely strong like xanax also a short acting drug! and my brain is getting sicker well on them. I addressed these concerns on 3 separate appointments and was shut down again!nnI asked him to check Google or other reliable sources to confirm the information, but he refused and said he wouldn’t search it because I was wrong. He dismissed me and told me.nI was shut down.nnHe also told me that Valium diazepam and clonazepam are essentially the same, only slightly different in strength, but that isn’t accurate. They are different medications with different properties, half-lives, and how they act in the body.nnhe strongly disagreed. And i do know drs do not like to prescribe clonazapam as its a short life! and is making it hard to live with it in my system contributing to my stress and day to day life! all i wanted was help to get off them! He said this is better to get off then valium thats completely wrong!nnThis appointment has caused me distress I'm still in shock!
Very lovely and personal service especially for a large clinic. We were pleasantly surprised. I really appreciated when the very lovely receptionist called to say they were running late and to come a bit later and Dr Sreeja Swamidas was so thorough and caring with my daughter. It's a fair way from home we went there when we needed an appointment on a Sunday as not much was open but I would go back anytime I needed a second option from my local Dr.
I booked an appointment with Dr Nay Nway as I had some questions I was more comfortable chatting to a female doctor about.nnDr Nay Nway made me feel judged and as though I was asking silly questions, and responded with a frown on her face and was really rude to me. She went silent after awhile and waited for me to leave the room, and did not even look and me and say goodbye when I said thank you and goodbye to her. I had searched up for reviews on her after and saw similar feedback given on her behaviour.nnI don’t know why she’s a doctor when she has 0 empathy and could not care less about her patients. Avoid this doctor if you can.
I attended a consultation with Dr Paul alongside my partner and left feeling very concerned about the experience.nnMy partner was seeking help to safely taper off long-term benzodiazepine use and was trying to explain his previous experience with diazepam Valium during withdrawal. He felt this was not properly listened to, and the discussion came across as dismissive rather than supportive or collaborative.nnHe was visibly distressed during the appointment and was trying to find a safer and more manageable way to come off the medication.nnWe both left feeling unheard, unsupported, and more anxious than when we arrived. Overall, it was a very upsetting experience and not the level of care we expected.
