Dr Sivendram is the nicest doctor ever. I cannot speak highly enough. He is kind, patient and gentle. My mum is in early dementia stages, and has other health issues, Dr Sivendram has been so lovely to deal with, and mum likes him a lot. She's comfortable at his office, it's always easy to get an appointment, and it's a clean and modern practice.
Booked in for a skin check with Dr. Meindert Van Der Veer at 11 am. As I entered I waited 3 minutes before being called to see him. My partner was parking the car, so I quickly raced outside to get him to accompany me into the appointment. As we entered together we were told by staff that Dr. Meindert Van Der Veer had brought another patient into the room and we’d have to reschedule the appointment. The time told this was 11:13 am.
Always been able to get a same day appointment at this clinic. My family see Dr Eva Lam and love her, she’s very caring and thorough.
I would have given a 5 star rating if not for the GP who saw me today. She lacked empathy and care. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time with another GP.nThe clinic itself was clean and pristine, the receptionists; Anita and Aaron who spoke to me on the phone, were both friendly and helpful, parking fantastic, location great!
Very friendly and professional team. They did their best to help. Dr Chandrika is looking after her patients very well and I highly recommend this practice.
