Knox Ford has been a strong part of the Ferntree Gully community and has proudly serviced the needs of Ford customers since 1972, originally called Glen Ford located high on the hill of the Burwood Highway is known affectionately by many.

In 2008, the Dealership underwent a multi-million dollar refit which saw a new showroom and large display areas that allow customers to casually browse the great range of Ford Vehicles and used cars. First time ever I bought a car site unseen! I told the team at Knox Ford what I needed by means of moving people and a boat and they told me to put my name down for the Next Gen Everest. Trust me they said, you will love it and will do everything you need it to do. So, trust them i did. I waited 11 months for the vehicle, however the team at Knox kept constant communication with me, sending me links of the launch of the new model, build dates, completion and shipping which helped maintain the excitement of buying a new vehicle all the way through to delivery. Here I am 1 week after taking delivery and I cant be happier with the vehicle that they told me to purchase. It is amazing and exactly what I needed. Thank you to the team at Knox Ford, special shout out to Dan - trust me, Daniel who kept me informed the whole way and did one of the most thorough hand overs ever, Chloe who maintained the excitement and Anthea who helped with some additions. In January this year I purchased a Ford Ranger Raptor from Knox Ford, I took the ute for a test drive when they were first released and ordered the car on the spot. The service provided by the sales consultant was outstanding, he was knowledgable, responsive, clear and up front about everything price and delivery timeframe and was more than happy to walk me through payment options cash or finance. From the second I walked into the dealership it felt a little different, not sure if it's the country air out in Knox but the atmosphere was calm and enticing. Nothing was a problem, communication was excellent, I was called a number of times while my ute was being built and I also received updates directly from Ford on where my truck was on the production line. I felt the team at Knox Ford was grateful for my business and I couldn't be happier with the Raptor. It's clear now what all the fuss is about, this truck is nothing short of extraordinary! I highly recommend this dealership.
I thought purchasing a new vehicle would be stressful and overwhelming but the team at Knox ford were the complete opposite. It was such an easy process, Kim, Taylah, Juno, Raff and Monique all played their part in giving the best service to make my purchase as easy as possible. We bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe Highlander car last weekend and really happy with the way the whole purchase went through. The car is running smoothly so far and our family is very happy with the features in the car. Many thanks to Mario and Raffi!!! Just one thing we are not happy with is that, the car was driven 600kms more compared to what it was advertised with and we probably may have overlooked before the deal :

I have been going to Knox Ford since 2003. I bought my Ford Focus from them in 2015 and have had it serviced there ever since. My last service was on 4th July. I was told the car needed a new water pump and belt but it couldn't be done for several weeks. I organised to buy the parts and have them put in elsewhere. I specifically asked if it was safe to drive for a few days, and was told it would be ok until the weekend. It wasn't!!!! $2000 and a great deal of stress and time later and I am still having many issues. I am sad to say that customer loyalty doesn't mean much at Ford once the car is out of Warranty.

I've recently bought a second hand car from them and the team, especially Mario, have been very helpful with any requests. Very good Service. Would recommend to do business with them.
