*2024 update: and now there's a pink scented one. ** 5 stars to your store and product range. The scented CareBear was awesome and is awesome for $39 bucks hooray, smells like a sweet smell or a vanilla type smell, like the good old days of Moose or Mattel products hooray. Thank you Kmart watergardens, your store still had them in stock and a couple still there on the shelf
The worst customer service you can get. Couldn’t find a product so found a team member showed her a photo on my phone of what I was looking for and asked do you know where these are. Her response was what is it? My reply what’s on my phone that I am showing you her response what is it she wasn’t even looking at my phone couldn’t care less. Then after I accidentally found it myself near the door on the way out asked the door lady for help for a trolley as the box weighed a lot. Her response I can’t help you! Really that’s customer service so KMART want me to buy their products yet the person on the door could give a! On the way out she was adamant that she had to scan my receipt and was chasing me to do so with me struggling to carry a massive box by myself so now she cared! DO NOT SHOP HERE USELESS Staff rude and care factor of ZERO!!!!!
Good Kmart but the trolley bays are usually empty first thing in the morning.
Went there yesterday and I thought there had been a riot.nI have never seen a Kmart in such disarray. There was stock all over the floor and rubbish everywhere. The manager needs a foot in the butt.nClean up your act because if you treat it like a toilet your customers will too.
Long story short I got a vacuum cleaner then returned it as it was faulty and got another one. The second vacuum cleaner was also faulty and although I had purchased the first vacuum cleaner with a credit card they would not give me a refund. They would only give me a voucher to use instore at Kmart. Reason was, the first vacuum cleaner I returned I was supposedly asked by the first customer service representative whether I wanted a refund or a voucher and I replied a voucher. This is furthest from the truth. I had even asked if the second vacume cleaner was faulty would they give me a refund and they replied yes.nI was told by the second employee that they are the manager in this section and there is no other manager to help me, shocking!! The manager then gave me a voucher to use instore at Kmart.nnThe saga continues. I used the voucher once in Kmart in my suburb then tried again about a week later but it showed insuficient funds. They made me go back and forth from my suburb Kmart to Watergardens Kmart then back again. After an investigation I was eventually given the remainder of the voucher as a cash refund. I spoke to about 6 employees at Kmart of which 3 were managers and they all seemed to have a different version of how refunds and vouchers work!! Unacceptable!!.nI was even mocked and patronized throughout the whole process especially at the end when I was given the cash refund I was told the staff need to be retrained.nI have given 2 stars because I eventualy got a cash refund otherwise I would give 0 stars!
