Requested an oil change only, and was very specific about this, but charged for a full inspection as well. Used full synthetic oil and charged more without informing us before doing it. Wanted to change out our rear brakes and charge $1,500, even though car was just formally inspected a month ago with new brakes.

Terrible experience. All I wanted was an oil change and they added on other things that I specifically said I did not want and charged me for them. He argued with me on the phone when I said I didn't want them to do the brakes. They also claimed it needed wheel alignment done which I just had done last week while buying new tires. I will never go back.

After 2 other mechanics and 3 break downs involving tow trucks, I was ready to sell my car and move on. Thanks to Steve and his crew my car is back on the road and running like new! Finally a mechanic who doesn't just do a patch job. They even fixed an annoying squeak that I had learned to live with! Great job, great service, great prices but most of all you can trust Steve and his team to keep you safe on the road.
