Shockingly well organised for a Kmart. Things were where they belong. Clothes well stocked and folded. Shoes all hanging on the rack. Only could spot fallen items on the floor occasionally, but for Kmart this location is remarkably good. Kudos to the staff doing superb work .

This is a shout out to Kirk, Maria and David from the Top Ryde store. As a loyal customer that shops there weekly, the top notch service from all 3 of these lovely people make my shopping experience a positive one every time i visit. Maria happily greets and my little girls at the door, Kirk goes  above and beyond to ensure the Customer self check out process is always a smooth one for every customer, and David efficiently does refunds and Click and Collect orders for me. I had to come in and post a review as I absolutely adore the staff at Kmart Top Ryde - Kirk is the best! He’s so good with my kids, they run around but he always knows how to keep them entertained while I try and get my items scanned. So thank you for always having a smile on and helping out when you can.nAs for all the other staff they are just as amazing! Came looking for Pokémon cards and they are located behind the checkout counters. Enquired if they had a certain item and two girls behind were quick to dismiss me. I had to ask to please at least check behind the displayed items in which they did to no avail. I asked if they could check if they had any at the back as Rhodes Kmart indicated they had 30+ of an item but only 15 were on display. After checking themselves, they had no excuse to deny where the rest of the stock was but apparently had no access to check. A senior staff member was asked to assist me and she ended up going to the back to check but unfortunately also could not find my specific item. I felt a more genuine attempt from the senior member while the younger girls were definitely quite dismissive in their approach.

Visited the shop and received absolutely appalling customer service from two staff members at the return counter. I don’t name the individuals but their bad attitude towards customers and incompetence are disappointing for a customer that have been shopping there for years. First bad experience  and it is the worst customer experience I have encountered so far.
