I really like this Kmart. The shop is small but has many good things.nnThe prices are cheap and there are lots of home items, clothes, and toys. It’s easy to park here and not too busy.nnGood place to shop if you don’t want to drive to a big town. Very handy for locals.
Tad bit disappointed in the staff. Sometimes can be very helpful, others not so. Went in for dust aersol spray 20 minutes before close, was told it was hidden away to prevent people from using it inappropriately which is understandable, no-one seemed to know where it was and no-one could ve bothered going upstairs to retrieve one for me and I was told to come back the next day. Went back in the next day and was told it was in the tech section which then I said that I was told the night before that it was not on the shelf for the above reason, the staffer said 'ah ok' and walked off. I had to ask two more staff who barely knew what I was referring to and was told 'oh thats upstairs', I responded saying I would like one and they just nodded. I felt like I was expected to go search out in their storerooms myself.nnSince that experience, I've been back multiple times and been met with either being followed throughout the store for no reason, or been ignored by staffers. I'm really suprised that for such a small kmart in a main town for the area, that no-one seems to care about the reputation of the business or how much they upset customers.nnI appreciate some of the staff as they are very attentive and go to lengths to secure something for their customers, whereas others seem to not care at all.
Must be extremely understaffed or no management going on in this store. Tons of items with no price tags and every ailse looks like they have never done recovery. For weeks I have come and the toy area in particular is shamefull.
By far the worst Kmart in Victoria. Poorly stocked and rude staff, wouldn’t even unlock a trolley for a middle aged lady with bandaged hand who wanted to buy lots of staff on card and didn’t have a coin. Disgraceful. As if she wanted to steal their usually broken trolley!!! Would rather drive 2 hours to Bendigo.
Shaun, the boy who is working in the reception is very helpful and professional. Compare to another lady, it is really make you curious that why is so different? Did Kmart know the difference? I want to lend a trolley to move the furniture I want to buy in store, the lady tried to find different excuse to turn me down by offer any help. She is working in another reception which next to Campbell St. things was happened 2 weeks ago, I just want the lady know, she should resign and leave the job if she do not like help people. The people like you no matter how your company help you, train you, it is a waste.
