I had a fantastic experience at the service desk with Christopher around 1pm on Thursday, February 6th. He was absolutely loving customer service and went above and beyond to help me with printing my photos. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for their excellent service!
I would just like to thank Leslie that works on the checkouts for his wise words today when I was Xmas shopping. I felt really down in the dumps & he had a chat to me & gave me some really good advice which I definitely will take on board. Some times it only takes one nice person to change your day for the better. Thank you Leslie very much. Donna.
Discussed of attitudes of the young workers when ask a question about where something is. I even rang today about 10 times about a click and collect order and didn't answer yes i get they are busy but common curiosity would go a long way obviously there is a reason someone is calling i have never done click or collect before and needed to know where to pick up.
I came into kmart looking for a birthday present for my sister, Grayson was very helpful and polite he showed me to the roller skate section and I found what I was looking for. This friendly young man needs a raise!
Frustrating, wanted a bedside table, checked stock online and said they had them, drove there to find no stock, display area messy with display items for things that had no stock to buy, but stock you could buy had no display models...Asked staff member but they just said i should have called first... the whole point of online stock levels is to avoid that.... Still showing as in stock, so he obviously didn't care enough either to fix the incorrect stock levels.
