Frustrating, wanted a bedside table, checked stock online and said they had them, drove there to find no stock, display area messy with display items for things that had no stock to buy, but stock you could buy had no display models...Asked staff member but they just said i should have called first... the whole point of online stock levels is to avoid that.... Still showing as in stock, so he obviously didn't care enough either to fix the incorrect stock levels.
The staff that work here are fantastic. Whoever does the hiring is doing a great job. The door guys in particular are always so friendly and helpful!
Honestly had the best customer service experience today. Phoned up to check if they had piñatas and the guy on the phone was super helpful and polite. He answered my question sufficiently and also went the extra mile to give me more details on the piñatas sizing, styles, etc. and put me through to a girl on the floor who talked me through all the piñatas they had on the shelf. She then offered to reserve one for me and I said no need because I’ll be there in 15 mins and when we said goodbye she called me lovely. Both of them really went above and beyond and I wish I got their names so they can be thanked and rewarded
Stafford Kmart would have to be the best I’ve ever been. The staff at Stafford Kmart make the store such a positive experience! They are polite, helpful, friendly and always willing to help.
worst Kmart I've ever been to. Underwear section a disgrace. Arana Hills much better. Either pay your staff more or get rid of them
