Natasha and Gabriella at service desk went above and beyond their call of duty to help my friend and I. They were patient and kind and attentive. Gabriella's smile lights you up and Natasha stayed back after her shift to help us. Nothing was to challenging for these two girls. So blessed that Kmart have these two girls working for them... I received an order that said it was packed by this store - I purchased the true knit pants. The waist band is nearly completely detached from the pants - that’s how they were packed. I don’t understand how/why staff would send such a badly damaged item. How could you possibly of missed this?!nnEdited to add - I received a refund from a very lovely online staff member. Just bewildered that this was considered okay by whoever packed it
I wanted to commend a young girl that went up and beyond in her customer service today. She made my child very happy and the extra help was really appreciated. I did let her manager know and hoped they recognised her kindness.
This Kmart branch is the most tidy and organised Kmart I’ve been to and staff were nice and helpful.
K-Mart one the Biggest Australian Departmental store having multiple appliances and a big variety of products for household items.nVery fair in price and good in quality , I suggest everyone buy from there.nThe Amazing Hulk is that they’ve a variety of portable goods that are easy to move from here to there. Products for everyone from “Child to Old Wild , even for between and while” …..nIt’s the K-Mart kaka-MartsnGood in services and Cooperative&friendly staff
