Excellent service and store. Good stock, had all the items I was looking for in stock at reasonable prices. Clean and neat store with very helpful staff. Was assisted by 3 different staff members. Good location with loads of free parking and wheelchair access. Highly recommend!!
don't bother with click and collect, 90% of the time it will say your item is in stock and then they'll refund you 5 days later. if you go instore the same day, they will have the stock. lazy.
I was very disgusted and couldn't believe the security guard there . As I ask the staff if it was ok to have a look in the boxes to see if there any cars I needed . As they reply yes you can . So I started having a look then the security guard that was on yesterday walked up stood next to me just watching me . Now I spend at least 50/100 dollars a week in k-mart but he made me feel like I was doin something wrong . So asked him are you ok as he looked around nodded then walked off . Then came back and did the same thing again . As I said to him is there a problem here as I have already asked the store manage which was walking past at the time . He replied nut . Then walks off then my partner meet me inside and she is aboriginal he walks back looks at me then says the N word followed with lover . I replied what did u just say . He looks at me in a huff grabs the trolley and walks of with it . I was shock and horrified in what just happened. I will not allow anyone even security guard that works at your store be so racist and blatantly so rude . I am shocked and will not be attending your store anymore and will be letting people know what racist and horrible people that you hire .. regards Kristian
Decent store, very busy but that's not their faultnNice staff
Amazing customer service received today over the phone. I called looking for a specific style toy and a lovely lady Mel hope I got name right went out of her way to locate it. Even coming back several times to say she hadn’t forgotten me. I had tried many stores to find it but it was sold out. Her help to find this toy is for a Christmas gift and is going to make a little girl so happy! I am very impressed with the great customer service that I received. Thank you.
