Mary & Analise argued for a good half an hour over $4 putting the responsibility on the customer for products scanning above label saying they would only honour it if there was 5 or more of the same item regardless of whether someone else took a couple in the meantime. They say customers should read barcodes before buying.
Just want to say thank you to the staff on duty this afternoon/evening for their professionalism and empathy. I am a volunteer wildlife rescuer and received a report of a bird they had discovered that required assistance. I appreciate the manager on duty and her staff for approaching the situation so ethically and humanely. Kmart is lucky they have such a considerate, observant and hardworking team representing them in Marrickville.
Great Retail shop, affordable prices, clean, tidy, helpful staffs and good place to shop many stocks and stuffs to choose from all your needs.
First time visitor, staff were really helpful,nIncluding one who really went out of her way to help me when an item was out of stock
Why do you put your checkouts in the middle of the store so that it's out of the way. And then you accost your customers at the front because you put your checkouts in the middle of the store and you can't trust your customers to walk out. Who your contempt for customers is amazing.
