Kmart’s rigid return policy ruined the joy of Christmas giving. Refusing to exchange wrong-sized clothing just 3 days after Christmas is narrow-minded, mean-spirited, and poor customer service. Shoppers deserve clearer warnings before purchase to avoid this disappointment. Thankfully, well-respected retailers treat their customers better.
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the current state of your store. The frequent instances of opened, broken, and misplaced products, coupled with the overall lack of maintenance, have greatly diminished the shopping experience for customers like myself.nnThe disarray within the store not only causes discomfort but also induces anxiety, making it challenging to browse and shop comfortably. Furthermore, it is evident that the current conditions are impacting the morale of your staff, who appear overwhelmed and disheartened.nnI urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, including implementing stricter maintenance protocols and considering additional staffing to alleviate the workload. Furthermore, improving communication with potential employees, such as promptly responding to job applications, is crucial.nnI trust that you will prioritize these concerns and work towards restoring the reputation and integrity of the store.
Rude staff and poor management. My 8 years old daughter and I was rudely treated by a Kmart staff, she was cursing to me just because I asked her why the fitting room closed earlier than the normal hours which was clearly displayed on the desk. I questioned her what she was saying and she run off quickly. I requested store manager to step in but she failed to give any solution. She even said they will Deal with this complain internally and won't be able to give me any updates. They will not contact me for further information. So bazaar and very poor management.
The Service desk was extremely understaffed. 10.30am on Monday the 9th Dec, and there were at least 8 people waiting. The lady at the counter was multi tasking - click and collect, returns , phone calls, photo orders. Despite several attempts at paging for assistance, no one went to her aid. 30 minutes of watching this poor lady manage as best as she could, the queue is now so long that people are queuing round the bend where the shelves are. 2 staff members walked past her with barely a glance and she had to flag one of them down to assist her. I only remember the initial of her name starts with C and she deserves a raise.
First time visited this hydromarket today and it was good experience. A lot of different product are quite cheap if to compare to another shops. This hydromarket does not sell goods for food and that is shame because otherwise this place would be perfect.
