This is the second time I’ve tried to have an item transferred from Kadina Hub to a closer store near me. The first item I had to spend hours getting put through to supervisors to eventually get transferred. This time around, I was told they wouldn’t transfer because the item was 40cm in length even though Kmart Churchill told me they had the item in stock and would transfer!! I offered to pay over the phone and even pay additional to cover costs for transportation/postage but they couldn’t do that either!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the level of customer service. Funnily enough the first item I had transferred weight more than this one!
Was the Target. Now K-Hub. Well laid out department store with a variety of stock. Clothing housewares etc. Staff are professional and helpful. Interesting to see if they perform better than the old Target. OK, what is the deal with the closed toilets.Were told way back when. COVID. We have now moved on to herd immunity, but still, the toilets remain closed. Surely my wife and I are not the only ones cheesed off about lack of basic amenities. This staff only mentality towards your customers needs to be addressed. You want our custom, supply basic necessities.
It's a Kmart but the staff where not so happy to help me. Asked if they had something in stock and definitely acted like it was a huge inconvenience
Cheap shop good anko line of products isn't just a hub but a whole big shop and able to pick up orders from catch target Kmart Bunnings etc.
