Kmart is my go-to one-stop shop for great bargains. Whether it's homewares, clothing, or everyday essentials, they always have something at an affordable price. Love the variety and value. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes the shopping a breeze-especially when I have the kids with me.

It just sad to see Kmart relocate to Mildura central after all these years up in 8th Street  so closer to home walking distance to from home     but fantastic for the staff  with new work place   well deserved all the staff at Kmart are the best rather shop thir enjoy the new location guys 8th Street will miss you all   from fires to renovation   old building had the works over the years now brand new one has finally arrived

Good selection and good prices. The staff tries to appear friendly, but it doesn’t really succeed. The employees are in a bad mood and unfriendly. There is too little staff for such a large store. Customer service definitely needs improvement

Dear Management,nnI am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had with one of your staff members named Linda. During my recent visit, I tried to explain a situation to her, but instead of listening, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive way, saying, “I don’t know what you’re talking about,” and then completely ignored me.nnAs a customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect and understanding, especially when calmly trying to communicate. Unfortunately, Linda’s behaviour was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and upset.nnI kindly request that management please speak to Linda and remind her about the importance of treating all customers with courtesy, patience, and respect. Good customer service helps build trust and keeps people coming back.nnThank you for taking the time to look into this matter. I hope steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again in the future.nn26.6.25

Absolutely appalling, no baskets at the entrance and was told to go to the checkout area to get one. Then at the checkout I was told theres no large bags so do you want to carry your items instead of being asked if I wanted 2 smaller bags and mind you so rudely the lady needs a good reminder that she works in customer service!!!!…..Pathetic and hate having to visit this store
