The customer service is great- one of the ladies in the store spent 15 mins with my to try and resolve an issue I was having. The store is also neat and clean and always well presented.

Again no tills open, I refuse to use self service checkouts!! Hardly any staff working there, shocking for a business that turns over millions a year and keeps cutting jobs
They have quite a range for your pets now . There pet water fountain is great value Hubby's happy to find they are now selling a 5 coloured printer paper pack in brights and pastel as it's hard to find coloured paper anywhere else bar an office shop.
