Visited Kmart Waratah for some general supplies. The store first appeared clean and tidy, however as I walked around, I noticed so many trolleys cages of stock around the store blocking items, there was also a lot of stock under the bottom shelf on the ground. We made it all the way through the store and checkouts without talking to a single staff member, not the best for customer experience.
You can't beat the price for painting canvases here at Kmart. Great quality and quantity available.
I just bought a power bank. In the cover it says it's 50% charged and ready to use. It's 0% and not ready to use. How can I guarantee the quality of the product if it's lying about the very first thing they have mentioned.
This store is 24/7 and most holidays still open. It’s a really good store with amazing staff. This store I believe has more discounted and clearance items. Parking is ok but it can get very full. I’d say that 9 times out of ten you will find a spot to park your car in the first isle you drive up.
Best Kmart there is, always find what I’m looking for. Parking can sometimes be a little stressful so it’s best to go late at night when it’s not busy
Extreme lack of customer service at this store. This is why I now shop at Glendale. I’ve given multiple positive reports back to head office for the team at the Glendale store. Maybe your store should retrain their team members in regards to what real customer service looks like. It seems that customers are an inconvenience at Waratah Kmart.

On Tuesday 13th December I drove to Kmart on a recommendation from office works to have a photo scanned as they were unable to help. On arriving at the photo scanning section of Kmart I was dismayed to see all their machines were out of order also. To the rescue came the supervision behind the desk ,Natalie, she went above and beyond my expectations to help me scan a photo for my 93 year old uncle, for a Christmas present. Thankyou Natalie
