Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Customer service is unheard off in this store. They are never smiling, never greeting and not even acknowledging customers. All this is fine but they are totally unprofessional too. I needed to buy a baggage lock and asked 3-4 staff including service desk and they weren’t able to tell me where I could find it. I had already checked the stock online and it was available in the store. At the same time, I ordered from the same store for pickup and had to come next day to pick up the order. Even next day, the staff wasn’t able to tell me where they found that lock. I wish I had a job like this where all I had to do was sit at a desk and nothing else.
Great store, affordable prices, convenient shopping 24/7 but the surroundings can be a bit much, been verbally attacked many times and seen punch ups in the car park so probably not a place for kids at night. No fault of Kmart but security should be better. Overall Kmart is my go to shop, love the variety of things.
