I bought a $15 projector from Kmart yesterday, but it stopped working properly after just one day. I went back to the store to exchange it for a new one, but the replacement has similar issues. I’m starting to wonder if Kmart is putting returned items back on the shelves or if this product is simply poor quality. It’s disappointing to see Kmart selling items that seem so unreliable.
Store should be ashamed of themselves when it comes to service as there is none. Wanted to purchase something at the self service checkouts as I refuse to use them and the girl wouldn’t serve me as she was busy scrolling through her phone. These people don’t realise that they are replaced by machines and don’t care about it. I’m trying to keep them in a job but if they don’t care why should customers? It’s sad to see this store lack in service, they just don’t care. I’d rather travel all the way to the tea tree plaza store which is out of my way and get better or at the very least service there .
This is a very big Kmart. There are rich in commodities and the prices are affordable. We can buy almost all kinds of daily necessities here. The service is also good. Usually there are a lot of people here. There is a huge parking lot for all business guests.
Super rude TWICE for asking a simple question. Where are the books / where is this specific book, huffing and eye rolling, while the service counter told me they don’t have it all in store. Why is every worker annoyed? Also loads of empty shelves/out of stock.
Worst customer service experience. I ordered a click and collect on Friday with all items in stock and got notifed that collection would be before 4 pm. Did not get notified of any collection and when I went in store the staff advised they were being sourced from another store. I looked around the store and found all items I ordered in stock on their shelves. It's now Monday afternoon and still haven't received the items I paid for. I ended up calling their customer service line and was told there is separate stock for online orders even though the items are in stock at that store. I ended up cancelling the order due to the poor experience and customer service that I received.
