This Kmart is very badly organised and the staff don’t seem to care at all. I was in there shopping the other day and overheard a male worker ask his coworker if he could help him with something because he “had nothing to do”. I looked around my immediate surroundings to see about 10 things he could’ve worked on, including every single rack and shelf in complete disarray and filled with the wrong items. Would be nice if they made a bit more effort.

Well-organised, helpful staff and clean Kmart branch. Lots of options for daily home needs.

No ability to check gift card balance at register. 1 staff monitoring absolutely packed self serve section with large queue. Attempting mixed payment: requires me to input amount on gift card, which is unknown. No self serve option. I ask the busy team member for assistance. They also cant check a gift card balance. Im held up for 20mins at register, asked if i remember how much. I don’t blame staff, i blame which ever genius puts 1 employee, to watch 30+ customers and no support at registers. Manager came to hear my complaint, argues with me that i can check the balance at the service desk back of store and suggests my complaint is invalidated. I told him he needs to move his service desk to the damn checkouts, because customers are being held up, staff visibly stressed. Mr smarty pants he is. As requested, I will be taking this up with ‘head office’ mate.

Update review Sunday 16th November 2025 at 10amnSelf checkout area! Complete chaos! 3 staff on and check out stations many not working and staff doesn’t know what they are doing! Management needs to provide better training and utilise resources better!!!nnConvenient location just like every Kmart! Better staff training and management required and they need to stop playing with their phones at work. Today Sunday 31st August 2025 1pm tall thin framed staff with curly hair at front too busy sneaking his phone from pocket and using under the scanning device playing with it then doing his job checking others bags. Not professional look. Not sure how many stolen items unaccounted for as someone busy playing with his phone. Every customer noticed but I’m the only one to speak up. He should stay home if he wants to play with his phone.

I will like to express my experience with your staff Misha Chanana. She was very polite / helpful & is really an asset to your organization. I being senior citizen was really impressed by her service with smile. God bless her.
