I visited Kmart today and it was an absolute disaster. The change rooms were inaccessible due to piles of clothes strewn everywhere, making it impossible to even consider trying anything on. The mess was utterly disgusting, with junk trolleys, heaps of clothes, and piles of rubbish blocking any hope of navigating through the store. The clothes hanging on racks were filthy, with stains and marks all over them, and some even had visible holes. It was impossible to find anything decent amidst the chaos of random items scattered throughout the store. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy navigating through a landfill disguised as a retail store.
Newly opened Kmart in Highpoint shopping center near Apple store on the ground floor. Overall a good shopping experience, nice and tidy store. The staff was very helpful except for one indian lady who refused to help me bluntly as she doesn't work in that section. Most of the isles were fully stocked.
I recently visited here to return a gift I had purchased for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday however he passed away a few days ago. My experience was eased by a wonderful girl named Jorja. When I explained my situation, her kindness and empathy were immediate and genuine. Not only did she process the return efficiently, but she also went above and beyond. Her compassion made an incredibly difficult day a bit more bearable. Kmart workers are usually just careless so it was fortunate i got such a caring one.
i was served at highpoint kmart. I personally work at kmart myself. I asked nicely to get cash out. Then she followed up saying the scos don’t do cash out unless we buy sm. i saw a man register open and bagged in so i respectfully said “could i use the man register. She proceeded to roll her eyes and ignore!! it declined. So she said “i don’t have time for this in a very rude tone and stormed off, Thank u cailtin for making something small turn into something big. felt like a burden…
At last Kmart comes to Highpoint Shopping Centre.nOffering a broad range of goods to cater for everyones needs, in a spacious, bright and big family friendly setting.nStaff are very corteous and helpful, definitely a hit new addition to Highpoint Shopping Centre.
