Kmart Caroline Springs not one assisted checkout open every time l go. This is school holiday time and queues were bad. I had a full trolley $400 worth of clothes for our grandchildren. I am disabled am just out of hospital, my daughter is in hospital atm so l was getting things we desperately needed. Then a beautiful stressed out staff member assisted me as l was ready to collapse. Where is the customer service. Kmart has none is going down hill. Then l get home to make a complaint, the phone rings out. Sadly l we’ll not be back until you have assisted checkouts. Shameful.
Get this, if you return something and get a voucher, it EXPIRES. Most or all decent retailers no longer have expiry dates on their gift cards, I think the authorities made noise if I recall, but it seems there is a loophole here that Kmart are exploiting given it's a return voucher and not a gift voucher in their eyes. So KMART now have 75 dollars of my money for NOTHING. I chatted with them online and they won't issue a new one . ONE STAR
So apparently Kmart staff at Moonee Ponds store, are no longer allowed to give trolleys to customers who want to buy heavy items? Excuse me….nLady at the door with glasses 1:42pm 29th July Moonee Ponds store, as I couldn’t see her name tag, told me they aren’t allowed to give out trolleys to anyone anymore - I said ok, do you sell tokens as I’m here to buy heavy items and need a trolley - ‘no we don’t’. I said so what are people meant to do? She said ‘I don’t know, I guess you can’t buy them if you can’t carry them’. Ok, so why do you even have trolleys then and how did all these other people in store get trolleys? Again ‘I don’t know’.nMe walks off then turns around 30 seconds later and another staff member walks over to the lady at the door as she hands her a trolley token, I kid you not….nI looked at the lady and said ummmm are you serious, you just told me that management took all trolley tokens away from staff and there is no possible way to give out trolleys now…nLIAR!!!! I’m not a homeless junkie bum either.nI’m dressed in a Kathmandu jacket, jeans and brand new Dr martens not that it should matter!. What a joke!!!
Missing delivery order and Kmart says they can’t do anything but ask Courierplease. No refund either, so I got nothing for my money.nnCustomer service provides a range of apathetic to rude reply.
Been waiting over a month for a refund for faulty item purchased online, but returned to a Kmart store.nnBeen asked to wait another 7-14 business days, how hard can it be? Any other store would just refund at time item is returned.nnTerrible service. Be careful buying online, as hard to get your money back for faulty items.
