Vanessa old with short hair/sunglasses had poor customer service! She couldn’t be bothered helping me find an item & said it was sold out so I asked another worker & she got it for me straight away at the back of store! Do better Vanessa aka Karen

Tried dialling 4 times, only got through on the 4th and got put on hold for 15 minutes. I understand retail stores get busy, but that was just ridiculous. The lady on the phone was also very rude and didn't even try to help me, and acted as though she was doing me a favour rather than doing her job.

Just went there with my partner and child only to be met with security at the door on my way out and was told I was banned and have been banned on several occasions which is untrue and I've never stolen anything from there or anywhere for that matter. I've never been there and been abusive or intoxicated. They publicly embarrassed me in front of my family and others in the store and gave me no reason why. Not happy.

Best KMart store I've ever been to and the lady at the register was so friendly.

Edit:  This review was for Kmart EatonnnHad a quick shopping spree here. Basement parking easy to get in and out of. Staff are friendly, layout of store similar to our local store so knew where to go for what we needed. Great for Mums needing to get everyday essentials, who doesn't love kmart?
