Went into Kmart over the weekend and their new uniforms look absolutely hideous. Completely unprofessional felt as tho I was in an American Walmart
3 stars for the wonderful girl at the door greeting everyone but I've been into this shop once over the weekend and again today to find the same spilt dirty marks all over the floor which shows me it hasn't been cleaned
It is a Kmart, lots of stuff good value, lots of stuff rubbish, always someone on door treating you like a criminal for buying some paper.
Purchased 3 items and was overcharged by $10.nHad to go to the service counter to sort it out. Causing me much stress and time wasted !
Click and Collect Specific:nI recognise there is the policy of being ready to collect by 4pm if ordered by 12, and staff have to follow this.nBut twice now I’ve ordered something small, 3 or 4 items, and a number have not been located and refunded. Then as I walk in I walk past the aisle and the items are there. I cannot say if it’s high pressure for the policy, or if it’s just lack of looking. Probably not the best to do click and collect maybe and just head in.nnHave not had this issue with other Kmarts, inclusive of metro and also port Hedland.
