Value for money when shopping for like items, always the cheapest price around. Although consumer service was not at its best at the time as they were busy restacking the shelves. If your happy to wander at your own leisure, then this is a must on you're next visit to bayside
Great variety store with a great range household merchandise, clothing and much more. Lots of specials and discounted items. Close to escalators that take you to the upstairs or downstairs parking areas.
Buyer beware, apparently you can't take back quilt covers with a receipt if it's been opened, tried returning a quilt cover that hasn't been used in the original packaging with receipt and was told I could donate it by a very unhelpful staff member. Was also shown in very small writing their policy, unfortunately it isn't on the front door as you enter but at the service desk...
Using the self serve checkout there was an issue with a product which resulted in the checkout saying assistance needed so I turned around and made eye contact with the self serve attendant named Angela which she then promptly turned her back and disappeared out the back of the registers which left me standing there for several minutes waiting until she finally decided to come back out not holding anything or speaking to any staff members or customers which gives the impression that she was just hiding from her duties! I made eye contact again and gestured to the check out needing assistance so she slowly moseyed on over and without saying a single word! That’s right no sorry for the wait or any type of apology she just pressed the screen scanned her card and walked off it was incredibly rude and completely unprofessional in saying that a little back story on myself I also work in customer service and also in Frankston and have done so in a few different companies for many years so I’m aware that the clientele can be a bit rude and sometimes extremely rude but there is absolutely no excuse when you work in customer service to not at least acknowledge the customer or apologise for the delay it is just common curtesy Angela should be ashamed of her behaviour and her superiors should be disgusted in her lack of customer service
Really appreciate Chloe and her colleague with long brown hair whose name I sadly didn’t get. They really went above and beyond, helping me find an item ant the last minute, and we shared a good laugh too.
