Went here today to pick up multiple items. I made the mistake of not bringing any coins for a trolley, asked the man at the door and he told me he didnt have any tokens or a key for trolleys so id have to go without. I had a 2 and 5 year old child with me. Obviously not the lid at the doors fault, but what a bad policy!! I took my business to target, where the young lady at the door grabbed me a trolley using a plastic key she had on her lanyard.
Greeted at the entrance with a friendly welcome and directed to the area I needed to go. Found what I wanted easily I had a browse and went to self checkout no wait and a friendly have a great day upon leaving.
Average Kmart. There is usually a line at the checkout. They don't have full stock of everything. They aren't very helpful. I prefer most other Kmart's.
I was with my friends and unlike many teenagers we were looking at plush toys and not mucking around, a worker there marched right on up to us and told us that we were no longer welcome and that we had to be escorted out as though we were degenerates. We tried to calmly ask why and explain but our attempts were met with yelling and aggression. Very upset with this as usually Kmart is quite nice.
Came in today to ask for advice on faulty phone chargers we had purchased only to be belittled, embarrassed by an employees blunt and rude attitude towards me and consequent retelling of our interaction and laughing about it with other employees while I was within earshot. Leah should not be in a customer facing role if she treats customers as if they are beneath her. I did not have a receipt or subsequent ID .. as my phone was flat hence the visit for a new charger..which was valid, but I was only after advice as to what could be done in relation to faulty electrical equipment . I purchased a new charger and was dealt with in a very dismissive and passive aggressive manner.
