stock levels of clothing for sizes M and L are disproportionate. Who ever managers the restock of items needs to receive more training. The shelves are overflowing but all sizes from S to xl etc.... and this is across the entire clothing section.
I went on Thursday to return 2 items and was told one of them was a clearance item and couldn't be returned. I went home and ripped the tags off and realised there was no clearance/reduce sticker on it. I checked the receipt and I paid full price for the item I wasn't allowed to return. I emailed HQ a photo and they confirmed it wasn't a clearance item...but even so you can return clearance items and said because I removed the tags NOW there is no way for a refund but I could take my chances by taking it in store/explaining. They acknowledged the wrong doing but offered no solution, just a suggestion. Wth Ellenbrook?
Pretty average experience. Always good for some good mark down bargains.nExcept the massage roller and gua sha 'stone' broke within the first 30 minutes of buying them.
I had the most horrendous experience whilst shopping with my friend at kmart in ellenbrook central today. After school my friend and I went to shop for some clothes and after picking out my clothes qe walk to the change rooms where a staff member who i would describe as old,short,big in build,and judgemental tells me that the clothes i have picked would be to small for me and that i would stretch the clothes and then snatches a few of my clothing items out of my hand and places on her desk and and tells me the other clothes may he to small for me while staring me down. As infuriated as i was i kept my cool and tried on the clothes she hadn't taken out of my hands. As i leave the changerooms i go to hang my clothes on the rack which i will admit was already looking full however i didnt expect to be firmly and aggressively told by the same staff member to not put the clothes on the rackbecause she will just have to get another one. I dont feel her tone and body language was very apprppriate concidering i dont believe i did anything wrong however i trust that you will make the right decision , figure out who this ladie was and talk to her about how she speaks to not only young women but her customers. Im highly dissapointed and will not be coming back anytime soon
Today I went to Ellenbrook central at Kmart, and i witnessed my friend get body shamed by this fat old lady who works at the change rooms and had the audacity to say that my friend will stretch the clothes out and SNATCHED it violently out of her hands. When she came out from trying the other clothes she picked out, the lady was being aggressive to my friend saying “ don’t put it on the rack, I’ll have to get another one ” in an annoyed tone.nDescription of the workernGrey hair, short, 5.3ft, rude, wrinkly, round face, looks like an orange, white and black flat shoes.nPlease help server justice for these poor young women!!
