Very helpful lady at service desk when returning item today also have never seen a Kmart that clean and tidy before in my life and I used to work at a Kmart
Positives - a lot cleaner and more organised than other Kmarts. Can usually find items without wondering around aimlessly.nnNegatives - staff at self-checkout were surly when I needed them to remove a security tag from an item. Then the same item set off the alarm on the way out of the store.
Rude woman at change rooms treating people like they’ve stolen goods after leaving with clothing and rudely asking to see items.nAlert! If we go in with 3 or 4 items of clothing we will exit with 3 or 4 items we haven’t found them and stolen them in the fitting room!nBetter service and less rude staff needed.
Really love this kmart! There is so much stock of everything available and this makes its so much easier to shop in.nThe actual layout of the kmart appears to be very different to your traditional kmarts, making it challenging to adjust to when you first walk in. However, the staff are very friendly and as a result there is no way you could ever get lost and or confused as to the location of any items.nThe store itself is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. This however may be because of the fact that it is still relatively new.nLike all kmarts you will always manage to find something you will walk away with.nIt was an amazing experience and will be returning.
Worse self checkout experience!!! Just HORRIBLE!!!nnThis store needs to have extra staff at the self checkout! Only one person in this area! REALLY!!!!!nHow can one staff member cover this area???? The poor young girl was called from one side to another!nThere are customers waiting to purchase their goods in the proper line, only to have some imbeciles just walking in from the bottom end where you leave after purchases have been made!nSo the rest of us are stupid for doing the right thing because of these impatient disrespectful morons who think they're entitled!!nClean up your customer service Kmart Doncaster! Maybe take a leaf out of Kmart Burwood's store and you might learn something!!!!
