What can I say? This store would have to be the most disgusting store I've ever been to. Kmart head office needs to do a surprise visit, just crap everywhere under shelves thrown all over the place I used to work for kmart and if out area manager was like their area manager they would have been sacked it was like being in a tip. No staff walking around to assist with any questions. I found the whole experience in this store if I could give it a minus 50*** I would have... as you can see by these photos I took. I'd love a job to drive around stores and check up on their condition because this didn't just happen in one day this was about 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon!!!!
I recently visited the Kmart in Craigieburn, and it was a disappointing experience. The store was a total mess, with items thrown everywhere, making it hard to shop. The staff were not only unhelpful but also rude, which added to my frustration. Kmart corporate should seriously evaluate their hiring practices and ensure they employ people who are passionate about customer service. This experience has left me questioning whether I will return to this store in the future.
Attention to the store manager: your worker CHELSEA is an awesome person. She is not only a great person but also very knowledgeable. As a first time cat owner, she sorted out my list and I purchased the items from the store. Thanks CHELSEA. You are a legend
Messiest Kmart I’ve ever seen!
In the last 3 visits to this store, the first 2 times before going I checked the website for stock availability which said the store had stock and more then 2 or 3 only to find they were out both times. The latest visit today, brought clothing, as I left the store the things beeped at me, the lady at the door told me it was ok to go. If she had done her job, she would have realised one of the security tags wasn't removed by the checkout operator. Now I have to either make another trip to the store to get to removed or throw them away. I tried to call the store to get the issue resolved to which they didnt answer their phone, twice. Thanks kmart.
