I want to say there was bad customer service, but there just wasn't any customer service neither good nor bad. If you like self-serve checkout, Kmart is fine. But I like to actually be served when I'm purchasing from the store. Otherwise, what's the difference from shopping online. Also, I think many parents would like jobs for their teenage kids to do.
Stock up on glass protectors for phones. Been 2 months Every Kmart is out for over a month on iPhone max 14 plus glass protectors + others not even an old phone.nCan’t get to any other shops now got scratches. Don’t understand where the restock is :-
Paid by cash $50 and change was $1.00. Just a dollar. But.... what the ... hate this changes. I asked to staff to change to just one Gold coin. Bit refused.n10, 5, 20 cents coins, or even there was not 50 cents .. so, I don't want to keep ugly changes I bought a $2 water mixing payment.
Kitty crystal Rock litternDon't buy this only few dollars cheaper but quality is so bad that my kitten and myself after a week had to go get dust particles of spicks and glass like splinter all over my hands and was everywhere I've used other brands never had this issue this is the first time and will be the last. It's so dangerous that someone pet will really get hurt and kids that are younger too as the particle stuck on everything even my clothes as soon as I dust them off cutting my skin and went in without noticing till I washed my hands and feeling burning and nerve pain. please change your ingredients and make it better quality.
Nice new store. Easy to get to once you get inside. Plenty of parking underneath and some outside.nThe shop was pretty neat and there were plenty of staff around.nLove a good Kmart shop and sometimes I just don’t want to go to Chadstone. Good to have another option in the area.
