It’s so disappointing seeing time after time after time how unclean, un maintained Kmart Carindale is. Isle are consistently blocked with run back/sale products. Shelves are mixed with everything and anything. Who cares what department let alone size let’s just shove it in. I would love to say it’s just through peak but this is a constant issue. I work in the centre yet when I want a particular item I can never find it at carindale yet can walk into capalaba and find it in minutes.
The so called manager was so rude this morning. 7:04am and doors were half way up so customers started to go in. They were at least 10 enter before me and Nedia Rudy informed me that “ you can not enter unless the doors are open” I informed her it was open and it was 7:04 am and there were people wore me, so again rudely informed me “ well not by my watch it wasn’t”nnIf you hate your job find another. No deserves to be spoken to like that any time specially first thing in the morning
Tonight my sister was unwell, quite suddenly. It was an extremely stressful and worrying situation but Marisha came over and offered assistance. She stayed with us and organised security to bring a wheelchair to us. She was extremely kind and thoughtful, she is a credit to her workplace.
My friends and I were looking for a present for our mums and their birthdays were soon, and we sat down as we were tired. We were greeted with an unhappy worker who yelled at us asking us what were were doing, and when we responded she told us to get out and that it wasn’t a playground or a place to sit around although we were only on the floor for a minute or two. There also happened to be a basket filled with things from a previous customer that we were sat next to and she also yelled at us to clean it as we were ‘DIRTY LITTLE MALL RATS’ according to her. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was at Kmart Carindale today & I found the store to be in a disgusting state. There were clothes shoved haphazardly on any rack and in no way could find the same item or any sizing. The active wear section had that many return racks there, there was no possible way of looking at anything. Walked over to the camping section and couldnt look at anything as the were workers racks up against the shelves. I lost hope of getting anything & walked out & as the door buzzer went off, i turned to say it's not me, the girl at the exit shrugged & waved me on. I love kmart but will never shop at this particular store again. Totally disgusting
