We had a great experience in the Carindale store tonight. Isaac went above and beyond to help us find stock that showed available online but wasn’t on the shelf. He found a range of options out the back and we ended up buying some extra items that weren’t showing online. Thanks Isaac, you were amazing!
I ordered a canvas online for a Christmas present I went the first day and it wasn’t ready then the next and it still wasn’t ready. I was served by Carson on the second day, who went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was incredible. I was greeted with a smile and he understood and sympathised with the situation. He got to it as soon as he could and did an incredible job putting it together. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Workers on the customer service desk see that you’re waiting and don’t acknowledge you. They walk past you several times until you ask them to assist you. I would understand this behaviour maybe if someone is simply browsing in the store, the store is busy however, someone is standing in queue at the service desk to be assisted.
Jack ryan was one of the best people with customer service there whenever i went in and he helped me find stock i left with a smile on my face, however some of the workers there judge my character and would hover around me which made me feel uncomfortable as i was shopping. These workers still continue to do it and will check my purse instead of checking other customers purses which was quite discriminatory.overall though kmart is one of my go to places for everything and jack ryan was the best worker there
Shop number is useless, whatever dept. selection you choose, it'll just keep on ringing, no one's there to take the call.nAnd finally after 2 days of trying, someone answered, and she sounded more like she doesn't want to be there, like she's not happy with her work, quite grumpy and wanted to dismiss the call quickly.
