Good store. Plenty of parking the later you go.
Didn’t answer the phone, when I tried calling several times for different departments, to check if something was in stock. Looked online and it said they had the beach trolleys in stock. Got to store and they had none in stock. Weren’t even busy, with heaps of staff members walking around. Quite annoyed.
I love kmart however the customer service is not great in general.nI took my son and his friends to that cheap section with fidgets, gave them a budget each of course they’re excited. Someone complained and an employee asked me to keep them under control and stay out of the aisle. The aisles aren’t that wide…nI stood up for them and then I told them all to just be aware of the surroundings but still pick something.nI don’t want to list everything, however services there are very low, it feels like no one cares for it.
Parking is a nightmare if you’re in a van or anything taller than 2m. Store was clean and looked fine. Trolley was pretty beat up and needed to be retired. Out of stock on a lot of products which isn’t good enough but standard for Kmart.
The one staffer who checks your back every time even if you have a receipt makes me choose to go to the Richmond location or buy similar items from Aldi/Woolworths. Otherwise the store is fine, a bit small but seems to have everything that the other stores do.
