Great range of products and reasonably pricedThis company provides a refreshing change of pace. It's rare to find such a diverse selection in one place. What makes it even better are the competitive prices. Customers don't have to sacrifice affordability for variety. This is a true testament to their commitment to meeting customer needs.
Kmart can be a great place for many things, but when it comes to appliances, you might want to think twice. I purchased a mixer, and it failed after just five cakes. Despite explaining this to the manager and pointing out how rarely I’d used it, I was denied an exchange simply because it had been over a year since I bought it. The manager admitted it seemed unfair and he’d like to help, but apparently, “the computer said no.”
Last night, I had the retail experience of a lifetime at Kmart, thanks to one suave team member. I’m totally lost, and out of nowhere, this asian stylish guy with clear glasses, perfectly neat hair, and cologne so good I wanted to ask the brand, approaches me with a friendly smile and softly asks if I need any help. He doesn’t just point to an aisle, no, this legend walks me to the item, gives me the rundown on every option, and suggests what he thinks would be best for me. Just as I thought it was over, there he is at checkout, gracefully handling a customer complaint and turning it into another happy day. One minute he’s helping me, the next he’s saving someone else’s day with absolute finesse.nThe products were great, but that guy? A living legend. I’ll be back to Broadway for sure and it’s not just for shopping.nnP.S. i got the tag name from the door person, Ricky. You’re amazing!
Always busy, but it's a pretty well stocked Kmart. You'll find everything you need for household sorts, toys and clothing. They have some good sales from time to time.
