It’s open until midnight every day and that works for me! I love Kmart!
Great branch of Kmart open till midnight every night. Always lots of stock & the store is laid out well. Sometimes a team member can be difficult to find - but there is always someone st the Service Desk just next to the Technology department.
Everything is kind of overpriced for what it’s really worth and the aisles were untidy and messy. I was looking for a nice jacket here but I didn’t manage to find anything that was my style or my correct sizing.
Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service at this Kmart store.nnI originally bought these rain boots simply as normal everyday rain shoes. After wearing them, I slipped and fell while walking on a normal floor surface. This was not in a kitchen or any unusual environment — just ordinary walking.nnWhen I returned to the store to explain the issue, I clearly told the staff member multiple times that I slipped during normal use on a regular floor. However, instead of addressing the actual concern, the staff member kept saying that the shoes were “not for kitchen use,” even though I never claimed I was using them in a kitchen.nnThe attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I was trying to raise a genuine safety concern about slipping during normal walking, but it felt like nobody was willing to listen or take responsibility.nnVery poor customer service experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at Kmart Broadway today.nnI went in to purchase an item that was available on the shelf, but several of the boxes were heavily damaged and clearly looked like they had been opened before. Since the packaging was in such poor condition, I simply wanted to ask whether there was a brand-new one in stock or if the item could be returned in case anything was missing.nnThere were very few staff members available on the floor to ask for help. I went to the counter where two staff members were present and not assisting other customers. The first staff member redirected me elsewhere without offering help. The second responded in a rude and dismissive tone before I could even explain my question, assuming I was asking for a discount which I was not. When I clarified that I just wanted to ask about stock or returns due to the damaged box, she acted as though she was too busy and told me to find someone else.nnIt was frustrating and disappointing to experience such poor customer service over a very reasonable question. I ended up leaving without making a purchase.nnI hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training and customer service at this store.
