SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM MANAGEMENT!nPLEASE INVESTIGATE YOUR STAFF ABOUT POKEMON!nnBeen asking for this item since the past 2 days as it has been showing on their system.nThey are hiding stock for regular customers to purchase. This is not based on my thoughts or mood unlike senior staff I had dealt with, but this is based on Data from their system.nVisited both checkout isle and customer service constantly only to be told that they don’t have them when the system says the opposite.nNow I understand that it could take 1/2 days for stock to show up on shelves but the real issue is that they sold 1 out of 8 today and within the last 30minutes. After speaking with about 5 or 6 staff everyone was adamant to say that they had never seen it or received. So if that were the case, how come it sold today and within last 30minutes? Where was it located? And who bought it staff? Why is this stock hidden? Why so much secrecy and lies?nIncident happened between: 5.30 and 6.15pm on Thursday 13th February.nnIt’s very sad to see these items going in the wrong hands and being so mismanaged. But what’s worst is being ridiculed and lied to when exposing their inaccuracies. Moreover, these items should be subject to limits and it’s unacceptable to have staff hiding them and buying them out while on duty.nnMoral of the story is DO NOT WASTE TIME buying Pokemon from this Kmart Broadway as staff already bought them out and they don’t even make it to the shelves. Hopefully they find out who the culprits are…
When I visited this shop, most of the boxed items were opened and broken. Otherwise, this store has most of the essentials

Horrible miscommunication. We purchased a $179 for our nephews birthday on click and collect. I received an email stating the order was ready with a barcode however when I went into the store the customer service lady told me the order is not ready and that it would be delivered in 3-5days. However, we needed a present THAT day. The customer service lady advised us that we are able to pick out a new item in store and refund the click and collect. After we purchased a second item worth $200 they advised us that due to policy they cannot refund the click and collect until we receive the order and then we have to bring it back. Had I known this was the case I would not have purchased a second item nor put my in laws address. How am I supposed to ask them to return our little nephews gift after it has arrived? After speaking to customer service they notified us that the item was stilll In the warehouse however and not even shipped yet YET they could not give us a refund. We love our nephew so we are happy to spoil him with both presents and not even refund them. It’s purely based on the principal of the miscommunication. I felt like I was tricked into getting robbed. Kmart, please make sure your hiring individuals that can at least SMILE and act like they want to be there and communicate company policies from the GET GO.
