Disappointing experience. Travelled quite a distance to get to the location to look for the hugalumps. Asked the staff if they had the small sized ones and they said if there was it’d be somewhere in a section. But they should be everywhere.nnLooked through the entire section to realise there probably isn’t even any instock. Disappointed.nnI’m still thankful that the plushies weren’t all scattered on the floor though!
Everything is kind of overpriced for what it’s really worth and the aisles were untidy and messy. I was looking for a nice jacket here but I didn’t manage to find anything that was my style or my correct sizing.
Worst shopping experience ever. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful. They either seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care. This isn’t the first time the website showed items as “in stock,” only for the store to say they might have been sold and they had no idea where they were. Basically, when you shop here, you’re completely on your own.

Grim. Hard to find anything. No staff to help. Stock is chaotic. Service desk for help stuck at the back with a long queue, with one person available. Empty shelves, lack of different sizes. Then a queue to pay after going through the winding sheep alleys! Worst customer experience ever.
