Not trying to be a Karen but the girl with brown hair serving customers needs to get better at customer service...nnNot even a hello or a goodbye from her the times I've Came even with my sister who thinks the same. Went in to return a faulty item, was served by Bella I think.nshe was difficult and rude. Rolled her eyes and acted like I asked for the world.
Its a mini kmart,not as much variety as a full blown Kmart but pretty useful otherwise
Handy for the hinterland shoppers but limited stock however you can do click and collect from this store and the manger is awesome he goes above and beyond to help his customers. Before Christmas he even offered to collect items from a Caboolture store for me. Always clean. Haven't had a drama. Nice little K Hub.
My mum and I had a great experience today at kmart Hub. We are not from the area. Was served by Sarah and she was so beautifully mannered and very warm and friendly. What a wonderful job you are doing in customer service, keep up the good work.
