If I could give this place 0 stars I would because the women working the customer service counter was rude and kept on giving me nasty looks. I called in advance to check if my photos were ready and she said “umm we don’t have anything under that name” I went in there to check for myself and they in fact did! Should of gone to spec savers. This meant I had to go out of my way and make time when child was at home alone to pick these photos up because I had already gone home. I am thoroughly disappointed and don’t wish to go back again, I will be shopping at wodonga from now on

Today I witnessed a staff member, Debra, be incredibly helpful to visitors to our region. Debra then offered me assistance and pointed me in the right direction to find the product I was after. It’s so great to have such helpful people in my local Kmart. Keep up the good work!
Kmart is probably always my number one got to shop if I need something cheep and good quality, it is good priced and the staff are always helpful, and the layout is pretty good too. Opening hours are really good as well.nCouldn't recommend more.
My friends and I came into the store today, and this short lady with brown hair and glasses, i think? i couldn’t see her name tag kept harassing us and wouldn’t let us look at anything. We were reading a book and she comes up to us , saying “if you’re not buying it put it down. you shouldn’t have this book.” how are you supposed to know if you like something without reading it? she is so disrespectful and always ruins our shopping experience!!.
