got a $10 pair of sterling silver earrings, opened the box to put them on and one of the earring were completely broken. when the earring is open it bends almost all the way around. i cant even wear these earrings as they dont even clip up together. such cute earrings in such bad condition.
Was at Albany KMart and Mindy was such a great help with finding the few items required by my wife. Big thank you to Mindy and she's such a great customer service personality.
Impressed by the acknowledgment of Remembrance Day in store today with the playing of the Last Post and encouraging customers to observe a minutes silence. Also thumbs up for the way the staff always join in the spirit of special days by dressing up etc….it adds to the atmosphere and makes shopping a bit more fun. Thanks Albany Kmart, keep up the good work.
Could have more self-serve checkouts, the wait is to long
Very well laid out store. Was very well stocked and the staff were very friendly. We were able to find everything we needed with no fuss at all.
