All molded!! I really disappointed! I bought 2boxes of korean strawberry for $38 yesterday and I only got 10 pieces!nnThe front looked fine but when I opened the box, a lot of mold at the other side! I guess they packed up without gloves.nnI am not exchange it because I live in Castle hill. I already wasted of my money and I don’t want to waste of my time again only for $38.nnAnd I think they also knew that usually the customer doesn’t want to waste of theirs time with only for few dollars.nAlso I guess they think if when the customer complained, just easy to refund it that’s because it will be only for few dollars!nAnd I know they must advise me “please come to the shop with the receipt and we will refund it”nHow easy!!nThe another terrible thing is that I know and they know that I will be there again that’s because we don’t have choice with just several korean supermarkets in Sydney.nThey know it so that is why it keeps happening.nnActually it happened often especially with the fruits and vegetables but I never had complaints because I felt that will make me waste of my time only for few dollars!nnBut now I really disappointed. That’s because i really really really really expected with the korean strawberries!!!!!!!!!!!!
Neat supermarket with tidy display of goods. Very clean and well-maintained. Kudos to the staff!! Selections of products are vary and seem to cover most Korean choices. Friendly staff. Only thing is parking is always packed abd hard to manoeuvre, especially when there are many cars entering and exiting. You need better system to prevent people parking there and shop at S-Mart or something else.
Bought few triangle kimbaps for dinner today but found a hair inside while eating them!!
Love shopping here.nThey have a good range of products from packed items to ready made korean food & fresh fruits/veges ! They also have a good space for parking. Although it was little confusing to find the parking entrance at my first visit, but once you figure out, it will be no issue. Recommend if you love Korean products!
Favourite local Korean shop. Wide variety and always something interesting in sale.nI always make sure to stock up on the picnic kimpbap
