I would say, if you need korean products, kmall09 is the place to go. All varieties can be found here. Including some famous korean beauty products. You can also have a quick snack inside the shop. The only negative I wouls say about this branch is the parking space at the basement, it is too small and narrow parking lots and not enough lighting. The trolley drop off spots don't have railings, trolley will tend to roll over nearby cars.
So amazing to find Nameko products in this mall!! The first time I ever found in Sydney!! This mall has lots of varieties of latest cartoon characters, not just selling food and groceries! !
I love to shop Kmall Eastwood, good customer service and best korean groceries and K-pop albums to buy!nnI thank Dabin for serving me throughout the year, she was very kind and friendly!
My favourite Korean Grocer in Sydney! This is no doubt the best place you can get almost all the Korean goods you want. They have really competitive pricing as well as friendly staffs and they’re also open till late.nnThey always have fresh produce and usually better pricing compared to woolworths or coles. Loveee.nnYou can get 5kg kimchi for around $20-25. And their butcher collection has really good quality korean meat cuts, great for home bbq.nnI feel so lucky to have found kmall, cause this place makes me feel like I’m just back home! They have seatings inside their shop for some tteokbokki and other korean street foods for you to enjoy while you’re shopping there. I tried red bean and vegetable jjinbbangKorean steamed buns today and it was really good.nnAs a Korean, I definitely recommend this place
Very disappointing customer service at Eastwood Kmall counter.nnThere was a queue at the checkout, so when a staff member opened a new counter, we moved over. We only had three items, while the three sets of customers ahead of us had over ten items each.nnThe staff member did not specify who can move over. Also logically, if she wants to serve the first in line, she should have said that and served the first in line. We were the only customers moved to her counter. However, she spoke to us in Korean which we don’t speak and used a gesture which tells us to go and we could not use the new counter, without any explanation. She then made the customer who didn’t move to her counter to move and served them although they were second in line not first. After serving the customer, she completely ignored us, left us waiting unnecessarily. She then just went back to the delivery station.nnThe interaction felt rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming and totally unacceptable.
