Loved my shopping experience! Such a clean and friendly store with lots of variety for a small country town! The checkout server was very polite and friendly.
This is my local supermarket, so I'm in a few times a week. The store is always bright & clean, & the staff there are fantastic. Always polite & friendly. You can tell the staff are happy & that it's a positive work environment.nI really wish I didn't have an issue/complaint with this place, however, a lot of items seem to be a bit pricey, particularly for a Foodland. Coles tends to be cheaper for a lot of these items & it kills me to say that.
It is a clean and tidy supermarket but prices are too high on everyday staples.nnI think that the management of the store isn't up to scratch.nnThere is a vibe of there being the management team and then the front of the house team. You even see it when they come over to the local pub. They don't invite the front of house staff.nnAlso just a nitpick thing. Stop putting the doughnuts on the top shelf in the baked goods cupboard as the sprinkles from the doughnuts. Drop onto the pizzas lol. Not a great taste with your ham and pineapple pizza. Have mentioned this before to avail and all result.
Fantastic supermarket, Paul the in store butcher couldn’t have gone out off his way for me anymore than he did, new exactly what I wanted and was outstanding in helping me the man deserves a pay rise As for the rest of the staff, it’s always a pleasure. Well done to all. Staff are a credit to this store, cheers Matt
