Best insurance broker for motorcycles and the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. From finding the best deal to sit me, to the claims I had on more than one occasion, I cannot fault them for everything they did with helping me. Fantastic service for over 15 years.

I’ve been with them for my last 3 bikes with no hassle but for my last one recently I have rung them to cancel my policy and I was told to do it online and I did exactly that unfortunately they said didn’t appear on their end that it had been cancelled despite my calling them prior so I got charged again on my bank account and since there’s  no enough funds i also got charged with overdraft fees, the lady I spoke to cancelled the policy on the phone today and since she can so that I think the person I spoke to month ago could have done the same saving me hassle

Quick and good service, road and track cover through them as a broker, competitive prices too! I've also had a claim/accident under the coverage provided and all went well. Happy with the service

Great experience in getting both quote and insurance processes.  Quick and friendly service.  Competitive quote. Haven't needed to make a claim but so far the service has been excellent.

Great place to deal with,  easy and informative

After dealing with this company for over a decade, I've found out that they have been changing me double the market rate for my insurance. When I spoke to them about it they just 'offered' threatened to cancel my policy. God forbid that I'd ever need to make a claim, who knows what would have happened. I Recommend avoiding this lot ...

Easy to deal with. Reasonable prices

Highly recommended. Great to dal with. I've recommended to many friends who all have had good dealings.

Was with them for a year but as always cheaper aint that good in the end. Needed help with roadside and what i thought i payed for wasnt to be so they got someone to come out from a shop and i had to pay the callout fee even though i had a kiwibike roadside assistance card they said i wasnt covered.  Two days later they called and said they found my policy and i was covered for roadside and kind of apologised.  Tried upping my insurance when it was up for renewal, when i said i will sort it when i get back from overseas they said i wasnt able to insure my bike with them because i took too long to renew policy. So in the end my fault for going with the cheaper one.
