Great service over the years. Was originally 24hr access which I liked, but the reduced access hours really never was an issue and seemed to have good reason. Would be good to have in built lights for the lockers, but apart from that, was good. Helpful and friendly staff/operators, I think they applied anti-corrosion spray to my padlock now and then to keep it on good order, and they offer a trailer to use when needed.
Easy and convenient storage facility that we used while we renovated our house and then when we moved house. Clean and well looked after.

The team at Kiwi Self Storage have always been great to deal with. I've had a unit with them for several years and have found them super friendly and supportive every time I've spoken to them. I highly recommend Kiwi Self Storage if you need a storage unit of any size and for any length of time. Awesome team!
Kilbirnie Kiwi Self Storage provide an excellent storage service. Their facilities are clean and secure. They communicate regularly with clients and have clear instructions regarding terms of use. The whole team were always polite, helpful and punctual. I would recommend this storage service to anyone.
Very good, easy to join up with and easy to access 24/7. Also has a trailer available if needed. Getting a bit pricey for us, we had the second smallest unit but was only using 1/2-2/3 of the space so it just wasn't worth it for us to continue. Great for contact and also chased me up when I forgot to send them my bank details for the bond refund. Very nice people.
Easy to get to, friendly team, clean and secure. The storage rooms are well ventilated so no worries of things getting damp. The rooms are super tall too so you can fit in way more than you would think. The team were great at helping chose the right size unit for me so I only paid for what I needed.
I went in here the other day and Deanna was super helpful at showing me the different storage units! Customer service is super important to me, and Deanna did a great job!
Positive: Professional service, strong security. Not so positive: Frequent increases in price
Clean, Secure, easy to access, no problems. Had an inside storage, was simple to pull up and move things about. Fences around the place, the gates at the entrance/exit, and the units all feel super secure. Definitely would rent again if I'm in the rea.
