I am very disappointed in this company. They refused to refund my deposit even though I have provided proof that I have been misled by them. Now I am taking them to fair trading. It's more than that though, making a mistake is fine.. doubling down when you know you are wrong, that's just immature. They won't even provide basic information that I requested now (because I'm dealing with fair trading). I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
